"The GATE"

300-acre master plan of the ACOE Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) located on post at APG. The projects overall objective was to create a secure and sustainable technology park supporting the Army mission. All structures must meet UFC force protection requirements and sustainability objectives established by the Corp.

The 1st phase of the project included 2-three story office buildings and a R&D facility. The first building constructed was the 60,000 sf R&D building for CACI. This turn-key project includes both office and high-bay lab space.
